Counter-Strike 1.6 update released
We’ve updated the general public discharge of Counter-Strike 1.6.
Alterations in this update are:
- Fixed crash when entering certain deformed strings in to the gaming console. Because of Marshal Webb from BackConnect, Corporation for reporting this.
- Fixed crash when loading a specifically crafted deformed BSP file. Because of Grant Hernandez (@Digital_Cold) for reporting this.
- Fixed deformed SAV files allowing arbitrary files to become written in to the game folder. Because of Vsevolod Saj for reporting this.
- Fixed an accident when rapidly altering weapons which are consumable. Because of Mike Vanheer for reporting this.
- Fixed crash when setting custom decals
- Make certain the Close button has keyboard focus if you notice the disconnection dialog
- Disable showing of popup html home windows
- Made the play command obey speak_enabled cvar
- Fixed being not able to pickup a principal weapon should you have had an ammox box object formerly stip you of products
- Fixed room type not updated on map change/connect
- Fixed outdated information showing within the scoreboard after level change or altering servers
- Fixed the specator UI not to show a placeholder name when initially proven
- Fixed sprays not loading in the proper path causing them to not update
- Fixed the problem Zero tours ui to show the tour number properly if you have greater than 9 records
- Fixed crash should you issued a changelevel command on the local server while certain UI elements were visible
